Do you ship to my country?
We are currently shipping to all countries within the European Union, but hope to be able to offer world-wide shipping in the near future.
I haven’t received my package yet – what do I do?
If you have received your tracking-ID, we urge you to directly contact Postnord. They will have more accurate information on the status of the delivery. If you have not received your tracking-ID, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into this for you, immediately.
Can I add products to a placed order?
Unfortunately we can not add products to an existing order, instead we recommend that you place a new order. Please contact our customer service for related inquiries.
I have received the wrong product/size or items are missing – what do I do?
If you receive your package, and it is not as you ordered, please contact us immediately email@example.com. We will do everything we can to correct our mistakes as promptly as possible.
What happens to my order in the event that an incorrect stock was displayed during the time of my order?
We reserve the right to alter/change/cancel an order in the event that stock levels have been incorrectly displayed by the time of the order placement.
